Our approach
The goal of this practical workshop is to enhance awareness regarding the vision ‘absenteeism is behaviour’, as well as to gain more knowledge about the different phases involved in the absenteeims process.
Result
Following the workshop you will have more knowlegde regarding the vision ‘absneteeism is behaviour’. You will understand how to effectively communicate with your supervisor, and you will become aware of which advisors (leader, HR, employee an company doctor) are involved in the absenteeism process.

Location
This workshop will be given at the Business Centre Nederland (BCN). This location is centrally located in the middle of the country (Utrecht). BCN Utrecht is easily accessible by car due to its convenient location near the A27 and A28 motorway. Free parking is available next to the building. BCN utrecht is also easy to reach by public transport, thanks to the express bus service from Utrecht Central Station.
